Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the day-to-day execution of general accounting and finance tasks.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment collections.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized financial records and filing systems.
- Prepare financial reports, summaries, and variance analyses under the guidance of senior staff.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes and audit preparations.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external clients regarding financial queries.
- Adhere strictly to company financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree graduate of Accountancy, Management Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; no prior work experience is required.
- Willingness to work a night shift schedule (US/UK business hours).
- Willingness to work full-time, on-site at our Davao City office.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
