Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily general ledger entries and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely settlements.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) requirements and tax documentation.
- Analyze budget versus actuals and provide insights to management.
- Prepare and organize comprehensive audit schedules and supporting documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and improve processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting software systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine tax laws and BIR regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and strong analytical thinking.
- Must be willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
