Prabu Pendawa Motor, a premier automotive group with an extensive branch network across Jabodetabek and West Java, is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager Accounting & Tax to lead our financial operations.
In this leadership role, you will be the cornerstone of our financial integrity. You will oversee all accounting functions, ensure tax compliance, and provide high-level financial analysis to support our ongoing expansion. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement robust accounting policies and internal control procedures to ensure data integrity.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK standards.
- Manage all tax planning, reporting, and compliance activities, including PPh, PPN, and corporate tax filings.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and perform ongoing variance analysis against actual performance.
- Provide strategic financial insights and forecasts to the Board of Directors to support branch expansion and investment decisions.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities to ensure full legal compliance.
- Mentor and lead the accounting team, fostering a high-performance work culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA/M.Ak) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in accounting and tax, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Tax Law (KUP, PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Proven experience in the automotive or multi-branch retail industry is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing medium-to-large teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
