Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including AP, AR, general ledger, and payroll functions.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, monitoring performance against financial targets.
- Manage tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of BIR returns, and ensure adherence to all statutory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and enforce internal accounting controls and policies to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate and manage external audit engagements and regulatory filings.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury operations to optimize liquidity.
- Supervise, mentor, and train accounting staff, promoting professional growth and a culture of accountability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), tax laws, and BIR compliance procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or local ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in the retail, e-commerce, or wholesale industry is a plus.
