RG Group Management Corporation, a key player in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Accounting Manager - CPA to join our growing team in Las Piñas City. This is a strategic leadership role for a finance professional ready to take full ownership of the company's accounting operations.
In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions including financial reporting, regulatory compliance, tax management, and internal audit coordination. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure cost efficiency and accurate inventory accounting, which are critical components of our manufacturing success. Your strategic insights will directly influence key business decisions.
As the head of the accounting department, you will supervise, train, and mentor a talented team of accountants. You will ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner while strictly adhering to Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS). Your deep expertise in Philippine tax laws and compliance will safeguard the company's interests and provide valuable strategic insights to senior management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including AP, AR, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with PFRS.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing actionable insights to management.
- Ensure strict compliance with BIR regulations, SEC requirements, and other statutory obligations.
- Lead the cost accounting function, focusing on inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysis specific to food manufacturing.
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Mentor and evaluate accounting staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of PFRS, BIR tax regulations, and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Las Piñas City.
