Tanggung Jawab
- Execute complex accounting tasks including general ledger reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and statutory financial regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable workflows with a high degree of precision.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client financial inquiries effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for all financial transactions.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial reports and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a specialized accounting role, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or IFRS.
- Professional certification (CPA or equivalent) is highly preferred but not required.
