Bosowa Berlian Motor, a renowned leader in the Indonesian automotive sales and service market, is currently looking for a meticulous and dedicated Accounting Staff professional to strengthen our finance team in Ambon, Maluku. This role is pivotal for a new graduate or experienced individual seeking a stable platform to hone their skills and contribute to the financial accuracy and compliance of a multi-brand automotive group. Working under the guidance of the Finance Supervisor, you will be immersed in the day-to-day accounting operations that keep our business driving forward.
As an integral member of the accounting team, your primary responsibilities will involve ensuring the integrity of financial data. You will process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and assist with the monthly closing process. Your keen eye for detail will be crucial in identifying discrepancies and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK). Furthermore, you will play a key role in tax administration, handling PPh 21, PPh 23, and PPN reporting to ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws.

Tanggung Jawab
- Record daily financial transactions accurately in the general ledger, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash receipts.
- Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK.
- Prepare and file tax returns (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN) accurately and on time.
- Manage and maintain the company’s fixed asset register, including depreciation calculations.
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process by providing historical data and analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audit and tax review periods.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions for audit compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of practical experience in general accounting or tax administration.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, Final, PPN) and the ability to handle tax reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight monthly reporting deadlines.
- Honest, proactive, and willing to learn new processes.
- Local candidates from Maluku or those willing to relocate to Ambon are preferred.
