Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify transaction details to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Assist in the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Support internal and external audit processes by preparing necessary documentation, schedules, and reconciliations.
- Ensure full compliance with government tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements in the Philippines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and streamline accounting workflows.
- Analyze financial data to identify variances, trends, and opportunities for cost optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a closely related field.
- At least 2 years of proven working experience in a general accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures, the complete accounting cycle, and GAAP.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and exposure to accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight reporting deadlines.
