As an Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health. You will be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with monthly financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily accounting tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing, and data entry into the accounting system.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and verify transaction discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Monitor resort and restaurant daily revenues and reconcile Point of Sale (POS) reports.
- Process employee payroll and manage petty cash disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and assist in tax filing preparation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality, resort, or restaurant industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Xero, MYOB) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of standard accounting principles (GAAP/PSAK) and basic Indonesian tax laws.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and basic English.
