Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger entries.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify transaction documents to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation, filing, and reporting of corporate taxes in compliance with local Indonesian tax regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during annual financial audits.
- Monitor and analyze budget variances, providing actionable insights to management.
- Maintain organized and secure physical and digital archives of all financial records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging industry.
- Solid understanding of general accounting principles (PSAK) and local tax regulations (PPh, PPN).
- Proficiency in accounting software (such as Accurate, SAP, or MYOB) and advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and confidentiality in handling financial data.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
