PT Horizon Internusa Persada (Travelio) is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our dynamic finance team in Jakarta Selatan. As we continue to scale our operations in the hospitality and property technology sector, we need a leader who can ensure the integrity of our financial data and streamline our accounting workflows.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK). You will play a pivotal role in month-end closings, financial reporting, and mentoring a team of accounting professionals to achieve excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate financial reports and statements on a monthly and annual basis.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and internal company policies.
- Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff to ensure accuracy in data entry and professional development.
- Coordinate and lead the month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth audit processes and tax compliance.
- Establish and maintain internal control systems to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist management with budget preparation, cash flow forecasting, and financial analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A & B certification is a significant advantage).
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Xero, or NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and developing a team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
