Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for executive review
- Develop and implement robust financial controls and compliance procedures
- Lead budgeting processes, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage tax compliance, statutory filings, and audit preparations
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and reporting mechanisms
- Mentor and develop the finance team through performance coaching and skills development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance management
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate financial data into strategic insights
- Exceptional leadership abilities with track record of team development
- Deep understanding of Malaysian tax laws and financial reporting standards
