Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting duties including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
- Process and verify subcontractor progress claims, ensuring compliance with contract terms and project budgets.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Prepare and submit GST filings and assist in other statutory tax requirements.
- Liaise with Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors to monitor project costing and expenditure.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and variance analysis for management review.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during year-end financial audits.
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register and ensure accurate depreciation entries.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related professional qualification (LCCI/ACCA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within the Construction or Engineering sectors.
- Familiarity with A1 Main Contractor operations and construction-specific accounting software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems).
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is essential.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle internal and external stakeholders.
