You will lead a dedicated team responsible for the end-to-end accounts receivable lifecycle—from billing and invoicing to collections and cash application—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and optimal cash flow. You will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with established internal controls and accounting standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable and Billing team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Lead the revenue assurance cycle from billing and invoicing to collections and cash application.
- Monitor and analyze AR aging reports, implementing effective collection strategies to minimize DSO and bad debt.
- Establish, maintain, and enforce internal controls and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare and present comprehensive AR performance reports, metrics, and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes efficiently.
- Mentor, train, and develop the AR team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related business course.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of solid experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Revenue Assurance, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Filipino.
