- Monitor campaign performance through KPI tracking and post-event analysis
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and safety protocols during activations
- Optimize event budgets while maintaining high-quality execution and audience engagement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event management or brand activations
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
