Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and consolidate operational data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Analyze production metrics and operational KPIs to identify trends and performance gaps
- Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards for real-time operational monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support
- Identify process inefficiencies through data analysis and propose actionable improvement solutions
- Ensure data integrity across systems and implement data governance best practices
- Support data-driven decision-making by preparing comprehensive analysis reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or administrative data management role
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and Excel for advanced data manipulation
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
