Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure office operations run efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of office supplies, services, and operational necessities.
- Monitor and maintain office and facility maintenance, ensuring a safe and productive environment for all staff.
- Handle inventory management and asset tracking to support logistics operational requirements.
- Provide comprehensive support for internal projects and business activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external parties and professional business coordination.
- Prepare regular HR reports and maintain accurate employee documentation and records.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an HR Admin, Generalist, or Office Administrator, preferably in the logistics or warehouse industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and general HR administrative practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with vendors and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be willing to be based in Cakung, Jakarta Raya.
