Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top-tier talent for tax and finance positions.
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance appraisal systems.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal company policies.
- Lead organizational development initiatives and employee training programs.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and generate monthly HR analytics reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Manpower Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Proficiency in HRIS and standard office productivity software.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- High integrity, professional ethics, and capability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
