Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top-tier talent for tax and finance positions.
  • Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance appraisal systems.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives and employee training programs.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and generate monthly HR analytics reports for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian Manpower Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Proficiency in HRIS and standard office productivity software.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • High integrity, professional ethics, and capability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
