Tanggung Jawab
- Manage customer support inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels
- Develop and execute digital/physical marketing campaigns to increase enrollment
- Coordinate class scheduling, instructor assignments, and facility logistics
- Track sales performance metrics and maintain CRM databases
- Design promotional materials for courses and community events
- Analyze market trends to identify new student recruitment opportunities
- Collaborate with academic teams to align marketing with course offerings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in administrative or marketing roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Creative problem-solving and campaign development experience
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency preferred
