In this role, you will be the backbone of our online operations, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality. You will manage incoming inquiries, coordinate order processing, and maintain our digital storefront to provide a seamless shopping experience for our clients. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily operations for our online sales channels including marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process incoming orders, track shipments, and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update product listings, stock availability, and promotional banners.
  • Monitor and analyze daily sales performance and provide summary reports to the management team.
  • Handle inventory management and ensure accurate stock reconciliation across all online platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and maximize online conversion rates.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven experience as an Admin Online or Customer Service representative (E-commerce background preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in using marketplace dashboard tools and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a target-oriented environment.
  • Resilient, patient, and capable of maintaining a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
