In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, ensuring that our customers receive world-class support and seamless service experiences.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional support to customers via live chat, email, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding response times and resolution quality.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address complex technical or billing-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service documentation in our CRM system.
- Proactively identify common customer pain points and suggest improvements to the operations workflow.
- Stay updated on Rukita product offerings, policies, and internal systems to provide accurate information.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, call center, or support role.
- Strong proficiency in written communication with an empathetic and professional tone.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume ticket loads in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics and SLAs.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using live chat software, ticketing systems, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, as required by business operations.
