We are seeking a dedicated Admin/Sales Counter and Sales Account Executive to join our growing team in Jakarta Barat. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily counter sales operations with exceptional customer service
- Process orders, payments, and documentation accurately
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Actively identify new business opportunities in the construction sector
- Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic account management
- Coordinate with warehouse team for inventory and delivery logistics
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3/S1 degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, counter sales, or account management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of construction materials (BJLS, aluminum) is advantageous
- Target-driven with proven sales achievement record
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta Barat with occasional client visits
