Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process daily sales orders, invoices, and administrative documentation with high accuracy.
- Support the Marketing team in executing promotional campaigns and tracking lead generation metrics.
- Maintain and update the customer database/CRM system to ensure real-time data accuracy for the sales team.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of sales requests and customer inquiries.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing collaterals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Monitor stock levels or inventory status related to sales promotions and client needs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Admin, Sales Support, or Marketing Assistant (fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
