Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and General Affairs operations to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Oversee office procurement activities, including sourcing office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and filing systems for the regional office.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Supervise facility management tasks, including building maintenance and safety protocol monitoring.
  • Assist in the preparation of periodic administrative reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local office regulations.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal events and business-related travel arrangements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in office administration or general affairs roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong negotiation skills for dealing with vendors and service providers.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
