Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail routing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems for company documentation.
- Prepare, proofread, and format internal reports, meeting minutes, and professional presentations.
- Coordinate office supply inventory and process purchase requisitions to ensure seamless operations.
- Support departmental heads with scheduling, travel arrangements, and calendar management.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new staff by preparing necessary documentation and equipment.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive company and employee data at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Strong command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities.
- High level of integrity, professional demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Batam.
