Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for office supplies, equipment, and services ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery
- Oversee company asset lifecycle management including maintenance, depreciation tracking, and disposal procedures
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems for accurate stock monitoring and reconciliation
- Develop and nurture strategic vendor relationships through negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation
- Coordinate general administrative operations including facility management, logistics, and compliance documentation
- Prepare monthly procurement reports and budget forecasts for departmental review
- Ensure adherence to company policies and Indonesian regulatory requirements in all purchasing activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or general affairs
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong negotiation skills with proven vendor management experience
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and procurement compliance standards
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English communication
