- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the school's programs and attract prospective students
- Manage the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a positive experience for all applicants
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for student recruitment
- Organize and coordinate school events, open houses, and promotional activities
- Maintain and update the school's digital presence, including website and social media platforms
- Build and nurture relationships with educational agents, schools, and community organizations
- Prepare regular reports on admissions numbers, marketing campaign effectiveness, and student demographics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, admissions, or a similar role, preferably in an educational institution
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
