In this role, you will be the engine behind our digital growth, responsible for orchestrating end-to-end advertising campaigns that drive tangible business results.

You will be tasked with scaling our Meta Ads and Google Ads ecosystems to transform raw traffic into high-quality leads and confirmed bookings. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, launch, and manage high-performing paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to optimize Conversion Rate (CVR) and Lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
- Monitor daily campaign budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting to ensure maximum ROAS.
- Translate raw marketing data into actionable insights and comprehensive performance reports for stakeholders.
- Implement retargeting strategies to recapture high-intent visitors and drive them to final booking stages.
- Collaborate with the design team to brief and iterate on ad visuals that resonate with our target demographics.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and platform algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media budgets on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns to generate qualified leads and conversions.
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Pixel implementation, and conversion tracking setups.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data in simple, strategic terms.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
