Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for performance? DC Group Capital is seeking an ambitious Advertising Optimization Executive to join our dynamic marketing team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the engine behind our digital growth, managing and refining high-stakes campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok Ads.

We aren't just looking for someone to push buttons; we are looking for a strategic thinker who can analyze complex data sets to uncover actionable insights. If you have a proven track record of reducing CPA, increasing ROAS, and scaling campaigns effectively, we want to hear from you. You will work closely with creative and account teams to ensure our messaging resonates with the right audience at the right time.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, execute, and optimize cross-platform advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, identifying trends and adjusting budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of user funnels and generate detailed performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to iterate on high-performing ad assets and video content.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and platform algorithm updates to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Manage campaign pacing and delivery to ensure all objectives are met within allocated budgets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media budgets in a professional setting.
  • Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystems of Meta (Ads Manager), Google (Search/Display/YouTube), and TikTok.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical team members.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is mandatory.
