Tanggung Jawab
- Support Marcom Manager in developing comprehensive marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate and execute advertising initiatives across digital, print, and social media platforms
- Manage in-mall promotional events and community engagement activities
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed analytical reports
- Collaborate with vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
- Maintain and optimize the mall's marketing calendar for seasonal promotions
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer preferences
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in advertising, promotions, or retail marketing
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Creative problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience managing vendor relationships and campaign budgets
