Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in aerospace ground equipment maintenance
- Proven leadership and team management skills in technical environments
- Deep knowledge of FAA regulations and aerospace industry standards
- Experience developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs
- Strong problem-solving abilities for complex equipment issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in aerospace maintenance or related technical field preferred
