Tanggung Jawab
- Perform detailed inspection, repair, overhaul (MRO), and testing of various aircraft engine components in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and regulatory requirements (e.g., CAAS, FAA, EASA).
- Utilize precision tools, equipment, and diagnostic software to identify faults, defects, and wear on aerospace components.
- Disassemble, clean, reassemble, and adjust components, ensuring optimal functionality and adherence to critical tolerances.
- Accurately document all repair procedures, findings, materials used, and test results, maintaining comprehensive records for traceability and compliance.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, quality control standards, and environmental regulations within the workshop.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to resolve technical issues and optimize repair processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs to enhance technical skills and process efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC or Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an aerospace MRO environment, particularly with component repair or engine overhaul.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, and service bulletins.
- Familiarity with aerospace industry quality standards (e.g., AS9100) and regulatory requirements (e.g., CAAS Part-145).
- Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to document work clearly and concisely.
