Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional aesthetic treatments including facials, skin rejuvenation, and non-invasive medical beauty procedures.
- Conduct detailed skin analysis to provide personalized treatment recommendations and product advice.
- Operate high-tech aesthetic equipment safely and effectively according to clinic protocols.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and clinical cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up care.
- Assist doctors and nurses during clinical procedures when required.
- Educate clients on post-treatment home care routines to ensure optimal results.
- Contribute to the achievement of clinic sales targets by promoting services and aesthetic product lines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Aesthetic Therapist, preferably in a medical spa or premium aesthetic clinic.
- Recognized certifications in Beauty Therapy (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or equivalent).
- In-depth knowledge of skin biology and modern anti-aging treatment modalities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a luxury client experience.
- Well-groomed, professional, and a positive attitude toward continuous learning.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary medical team.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus for client communication).
- Experience with Korean-inspired aesthetic treatments is highly advantageous.
