Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct personalized client consultations to assess beauty needs and recommend appropriate treatments/products
- Drive sales revenue by effectively promoting and selling premium beauty services and products
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and new treatment methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; beauty certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years in sales, customer service, or beauty industry experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with client-focused mindset
- Ability to work in target-driven environment with sales quota achievement
