- Provide professional, in-depth skin analysis and personalized aesthetic treatment consultations.
- Recommend suitable aesthetic procedures and medical-grade skincare products based on individual client needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain an organized and aesthetic clinic environment that reflects our premium brand standards.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in medical aesthetics, laser treatments, and skincare technologies.
- Handle client inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and in-depth product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the aesthetics, beauty, or luxury retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Strong passion for beauty, skincare, and the medical aesthetics sector.
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Professional grooming standards and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
