- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and patient acquisition goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of aestheticians and support staff
- Monitor KPIs including patient satisfaction, conversion rates, and service metrics
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic protocols
- Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial performance of the clinic

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in medical aesthetics or healthcare
- Proven track record in sales leadership and KPI achievement
- Strong team management and staff development capabilities
- Expertise in customer service excellence and patient relationship management
- Financial acumen including budgeting, inventory control, and P&L management
- Familiarity with medical aesthetics treatments and technologies
