- Oversee the daily administrative and clinical operations to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency.
- Provide inspirational leadership to clinic staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, productivity, and professional development.
- Drive clinic sales performance through effective promotion of aesthetic services, packages, and membership programs.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and clinic appearance in compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, including medical supplies and aesthetic products, to ensure cost-effectiveness and availability.
- Handle client inquiries and feedback, ensuring every patient interaction is resolved professionally and exceeds service expectations.
- Monitor and report on monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management to guide strategic decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinic management, retail management, or hospitality leadership.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing operational budgets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English, Malay, or Chinese.
- Expertise in CRM software and clinic management systems is highly desirable.
- Deep passion for the medical aesthetic industry and current beauty trends.
