Lux Inc Lifestyle Pte Ltd is looking for a passionate Aesthetic Clinic Therapist/Consultant to join our prestigious Lux Medical Aesthetic Clinic in the heart of Novena, Central Region. In this role, you will be the face of our premium patient experience, forging lasting relationships and guiding clients through our cutting‑edge aesthetic treatments.
You will combine clinical expertise with a sales mindset to recommend personalized treatment plans, achieve revenue targets, and ensure every visit exceeds expectations. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of dermatologists, nurses, and skincare specialists, you’ll stay at the forefront of the latest non‑invasive procedures, laser technologies, and skin rejuvenation techniques.
Key responsibilities include conducting thorough skin consultations, performing advanced facials, laser sessions, and microdermabrasion, while maintaining meticulous patient records and upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety. You’ll also mentor junior staff, contribute to marketing initiatives, and help drive clinic growth through exceptional service and upselling of premium product lines.

- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with patients from consultation through treatment completion.
- Deliver a premium, personalized patient experience that exceeds expectations and encourages repeat visits and referrals.
- Conduct comprehensive skin analyses and develop customized treatment plans aligned with client goals.
- Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including laser therapy, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and other non‑invasive treatments.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by recommending appropriate services, packages, and home‑care products.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records, ensure compliance with clinic protocols, and uphold strict infection control standards.
- Collaborate with the broader clinic team to策划 and execute promotional events, workshops, and social media content.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certification in Aesthetic Therapy, Dermatology, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in a medical/aesthetic clinic or luxury spa environment.
- Proven track record in patient consultation, skin analysis, and delivering measurable aesthetic outcomes.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to upsell premium services and product lines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Malay) are a plus.
- Certification in laser safety, microdermabrasion, or other advanced aesthetic modalities is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
