Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed medical history taking and patient consultations to formulate personalized treatment plans.
- Perform aesthetic medical procedures, including injectables and skin treatments, safely and effectively.
- Supervise and guide nursing staff and medical support personnel during procedures to ensure protocol compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to sterilization protocols and the proper maintenance of medical equipment.
- Provide comprehensive post-procedure care instructions and follow-up assessments to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the clinic management to maintain high standards of hygiene and patient service quality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in aesthetic medicine to continuously improve practice.
Kualifikasi
- Hold a valid Doctoral degree (Dr.) or Specialist qualification in Aesthetic Medicine, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery.
- Possess a valid Indonesian Medical Practice License (Surat Izin Praktik Dokter).
- Have a proven track record of experience in clinical aesthetic practice.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical team environment.
