Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and monitor daily stock levels to ensure adequate supply of medical equipment and consumables.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage area in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and pack orders for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and handling of sensitive medical items.
  • Update inventory management systems and generate reports on stock movements and shortages.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address supply chain issues and ensure timely delivery of critical items.
  • Assist in the management of returns, exchanges, and disposal of expired or damaged stock.

Kualifikasi

  • GCE 'O' levels or equivalent; higher qualifications in logistics or healthcare administration are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a retail, pharmacy, or medical store environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
  • Good communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and suppliers.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Valid work pass (Singaporean or relevant work pass holder).
