Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, including medical history reviews and aesthetic goal assessments.
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic treatments such as injectables (Botox, Dermal Fillers), chemical peels, and laser therapies.
- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and expectations.
- Monitor patient progress post-procedure and provide detailed aftercare instructions.
- Ensure strict adherence to medical protocols, safety standards, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with the clinical support team to optimize patient flow and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on emerging aesthetic trends, products, and technologies to maintain competitive expertise.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of MD degree with a specialization in Dermatology, Aesthetic Medicine, or related medical fields.
- Valid license to practice medicine in Indonesia.
- Proven experience (2-3 years minimum) in clinical practice, specifically in aesthetic procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong patient-centered approach.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse patient demographics.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on safety, precision, and clinical excellence.
- Proficiency in using medical aesthetic equipment and electronic health records systems.
