Aim Medical Technology Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Aesthetic Sales Representative to join our growing team in Surabaya. As a market leader in cutting-edge medical device technology, we empower clinics to provide the highest standard of care through our innovative solutions.

In this role, you will act as a consultant and partner to aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, and medical practitioners across the region. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, demonstrating the efficacy of our high-tech equipment, and building long-term professional relationships. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Conduct professional demonstrations and presentations of advanced aesthetic medical devices to prospective clients.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Surabaya and East Java region.
  • Provide ongoing support and product training to clinic staff to ensure clinical success and product satisfaction.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain a high level of market intelligence regarding competitors and industry trends in medical aesthetics.
  • Attend medical exhibitions, workshops, and industry conferences to represent the Aim Medical Technology brand.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device sales or the pharmaceutical industry (aesthetic experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales KPIs in a competitive market.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory to visit clinics and hospitals.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and basic professional English (written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle is highly preferred.
