Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed aesthetic consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures, including facials, peels, and laser treatments, ensuring safety and efficacy.
- Maintain a pristine, sterile, and welcoming treatment environment at all times.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, health regulations, and safety protocols.
- Upsell products and services to existing clients to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Manage client appointments efficiently and maintain accurate treatment records.
- Collaborate with the operations team to continuously improve service quality and client experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the beauty or aesthetic industry is preferred.
- Relevant certification or diploma in Aesthetic Nursing, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a genuine passion for skincare.
- Valid Singaporean work pass or eligibility to work in Singapore.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods during work hours.
