Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive skin analyses and recommend customized treatment plans and skincare products.
- Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including medical-grade facials, chemical peels, and non-invasive body treatments.
- Assist medical doctors during specialized aesthetic procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Maintain meticulous cleanliness and sterilization standards for all treatment rooms and equipment.
- Provide professional aftercare advice and build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service.
- Promote clinic services and skincare products to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Manage client appointments and maintain accurate digital records of treatments and progress.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a recognized professional diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or NITEC).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Aesthetician, preferably in a medical aesthetics or high-end spa environment.
- Deep understanding of skin anatomy, common skin conditions, and advanced skincare ingredients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to perform manual extractions and operate aesthetic machinery safely.
- A professional appearance and a positive, team-player attitude.
- Fluency in English; ability to speak a second language is an added advantage for client communication.
