Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the outlet team to deliver exceptional service and clinical outcomes.
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Drive personal and outlet-wide sales targets through proactive consultative selling and upselling strategies.
- Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and client retention.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring supplies and aesthetic equipment are maintained at optimal levels.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance appraisals, and continuous training programs.
- Maintain excellent client relationships, handling feedback and ensuring high satisfaction scores.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3-5 years of management experience in the beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and retain a professional team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on premium customer service.
- Strong operational and administrative capabilities, including proficiency in POS systems and reporting.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A deep passion for beauty, aesthetics, and keeping up-to-date with industry trends.
