- Provide professional consultations to clients regarding aesthetic treatments and skincare regimens.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a high-net-worth client base.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and client retention strategies.
- Perform skin analysis and recommend personalized beauty packages tailored to individual needs.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a sophisticated and welcoming clinic environment that reflects our brand standards.
- Handle client inquiries and bookings with professionalism and deep product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (to engage with our Chinese-speaking clientele) is mandatory.
- Proven track record in luxury retail, beauty consulting, or high-end sales.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive sales mindset.
