- Develop, implement, and optimize affiliate marketing programs across multiple channels
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing KOLs and affiliate partners
- Manage affiliate relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure contractual compliance
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, CPA)
- Create compelling affiliate marketing materials and promotional strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to align affiliate initiatives with brand campaigns
- Monitor industry trends and competitive affiliate landscapes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or KOL partnerships
- Proven track record in managing affiliate programs or influencer collaborations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and marketing analytics tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
