Affiliate Marketing Specialist (Live Streaming Partnership)

Vision Venture Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our affiliate marketing initiatives, focusing on building strong partnerships with live streaming platforms and influencers to drive brand awareness and sales. You will manage end-to-end affiliate campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and develop strategies to optimize ROI. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies tailored to live streaming partnerships.
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with affiliate partners including live streamers and content creators.
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to maximize sales and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling promotional content and offers.
• Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and partner performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and affiliate program guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably with live streaming platforms.
• Proven track record of managing affiliate campaigns and driving revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools and platforms (e.g., Refersion, Impact, etc.).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the live streaming ecosystem and influencer landscape is a plus.
