Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners aligned with brand values
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics and optimize campaign strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key affiliate stakeholders
- Prepare detailed performance reports and ROI analysis for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with affiliate program terms and industry regulations
- Collaborate with marketing team to align affiliate strategies with business goals
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify emerging affiliate opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management
- Proficiency in affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and performance metrics
