- Negotiate affiliate terms, commission structures, and partnership agreements
- Monitor and analyze affiliate campaign performance metrics
- Optimize affiliate strategies to maximize traffic, leads, and conversions
- Provide regular reports on program performance and ROI
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
